Common questions.
Does WrapFlo really do paneling math?
Yes — and it's the formula your printer uses. Input art width + height, pick a media width, and WrapFlo computes panels = ceil(art_cross / panel_width), then per-panel sqft = media × (panel_length + waste) / 144. Reference: a 600×105" art on 54" media with 6" waste = 13 panels × 41.63 ft² = 541.19 ft² billed. No manual sqft math, no rate-table lookups.
Can I track subcontracted prints or installs?
Yes. Mark a line as Subcontract with a vendor + your cost + your sell price (or just a markup %). Margin and profit show live in the editor. The line still flows through quote → invoice → production.
How does customer approval work?
Every quote gets a unique portal link. Customer opens it, reviews the line items + pricing, and clicks Accept (or pays a deposit through Stripe in the same flow). The Accept event flips the quote to "accepted," creates an invoice, and seeds your production page. You get a bell + email notification.
Can I add my own materials with costs?
Yes. Materials → Add. Substrate, overlaminate, transfer tape, cut vinyl — each with cost per sqft. Mark favorites so they auto-select on new lines. Every line's material cost flows into the live margin shown in the editor.
Does it work with my existing designer or installer?
Yes. WrapFlo doesn't lock you into the Network. You can quote and produce 100% inside your shop. The Network ($9/mo add-on) is there when you want to find a designer or installer — not a requirement.
What about photo-log / before-after?
Per-customer folder linking. Attach reference photos to line items. Production page captures before/after shots that flow back into the customer portal. Cleanest way to document wraps for warranty + portfolio.
What about taxes and discounts?
Tax rate is set per quote. Discounts can be flat $ or % of pre-tax subtotal. Both flow through to the customer portal and the PDF. Sales tax registration is your responsibility — WrapFlo doesn't file taxes, it tracks them.
